Mhairi's 120 squats a day for Alopecia UK Donate This September, I’m supporting Alopecia UK.I have alopecia areata, and it’s been part of my life for over a decade. It started with thinning hair, now it is spreading across my body. Now I wear wigs and headscarves and draw my eyebrows on each morning. It’s not always easy, but I’ve found strength in sharing my story and connecting with others who understand.Alopecia UK creates spaces where people can come together, share experiences, and support one another. Their support groups have made a huge difference in my life, and I want others to feel that same sense of community.I’ll be doing 120 squats a day throughout September—that’s 3,600 squats in total!—to raise awareness and funds.
