Friday Evening & Saturday Conference

• You agree not to bring your own products for sale or advertise your business, appreciating that the businesses who are there have paid to be there to advertise their products. If you feel you have a product to offer people with alopecia that is not currently covered by our event then please contact us on [email protected]

Sunday Activity

• Free tickets for children aged 16 and under must be purchased along with a paying adults ticket. 
• All attendees must take responsibility for their own health and safety and that of anyone under the age of 18 in their care.

Refund on tickets

In the unfortunate event that you are no longer able to attend we request that you let us know by email as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply:

• Any requests received before 8th August 2025 will be able to claim a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• If you cancel on or after 8th August 2025 you are not entitled to a refund. This is due to confirmed event costs and sustainability.

All tickets are subject to availability.  Alopecia UK reserves the right to close ticket sales before the advertised date.

Notes about Filming and Photography:

We like to try and capture our events on camera in order that we can show people the work we do which helps others feel able to come along to future social events and also helps us with funding requests.  We will have people photographing and filming at our events however for anyone that doesn't want to be photographed/filmed don't worry! We have a process in place which allows you to let us know at the start of the day and we will keep a note to ensure you do not feature in any photos/film footage that the charity uses.
