Emma's link with alopecia: Hello, Everyone! I’m Emma, and at the age of 14, I developed alopecia. For years I wore wigs; it was only in my mid 20s I started to brave going out and about with hats or scarves, now most of the time embrace my bald head every day. It's taken many, many years to accept my alopecia and this has only happened thanks to being around others with the same condition, listening to their stories and getting inspired by them. This group is a place where people can connect with others going through similar experiences. We share stories, hints, tips, tricks and general life with alopecia. Come and join our supportive community where you will be warmly welcomed. Looking forward to meeting you soon! See Emma talking on ITV News here.
