Friday EVENING:

Our friendly events team will welcome you into our Exhibition Hall & Wellbeing Hub. The space will be open for browsing various alopecia-related products & services, with Henna Crowns, Massage, Mini Makeovers, Reiki and Colour Analysis available in our NEW Wellbeing Hub*.

Reception drinks and canapes will be provided. 

This is a great opportunity to meet others with alopecia in a relaxed setting. Our event team will lead introductions and icebreakers to help attendees get to know each other. 

*Appointments in our Wellbeing Hub by appointment only. Priority booking will be sent to those with tickets by the 30th June. 

Time: 7 pm – 9:30 pm

Saturday DAYTIME:

Saturday is our main conference day. There will be a timetable schedule filled with talks, presentations, workshops and demonstrations. The full schedule will be produced closer to the time, but you can see our confirmed speakers and their topics so far here.

The focus here is on educating and informing the community about the varying types of alopecia, what is happening in the world of research, psychological support and more. The programme will also feature people from the alopecia community sharing their experiences and industry experts demonstrating relevant product information. 

We will continue to update this space with relevant information as and when we can.

Time: 8.30 am – 5:30 pm 
Ticket includes: Entry to the conference talks, Exhibition Hall, demos & Wellbeing Hub*. Drinks & snacks throughout the day, a 2-course buffet lunch, and an event bag.

Saturday NIGHT TIME:

An opportunity to digest the day amongst the new friendships made. The evening is fun, carefree with lots of laughter and energy!

There will be music, dancing, a photobooth, entertainment and more. Two-course dinner and welcome drink included. 

Time: 7:30 pm – 11.30 pm
Ticket includes: Entry, drink on arrival, buffet dinner and entertainment.

Sunday MORNING:

Our Sunday event is usually an opportunity to create some awareness in the host city, and this year, for Alopecia UK's 20th anniversary, we're doing things with a bang! 

We're bringing back the Alopecia UK FLASHMOB! Our 2013 Flashmob in Liverpool was an engaging and emotional experience for all involved and we're excited to recapture some of that magic this year. Take a look at our 2013 Flashmob here.

Those who register for the flashmob will receive a video teaching the steps, there will also be an in-person rehearsal at The Studio on Sunday morning. Further details about the Flashmob will be sent to ticket holders closer to the time.
