"For the past 14 years, alopecia has been a part of my story. Be it small patches or complete hair loss, my experience has been one that has deeply tested me, but has ultimately taught me the true meaning of confidence. I've learnt that identity goes far beyond hair and physical appearance, and that true power and confidence comes from the strength, resilience, and self-love we cultivate within. 

This journey, whilst unquestionably hard, has made me more empathetic, more understanding, and more appreciative of the beauty in our differences and uniqueness. And for that I will always be grateful."
