Henry joined the Board of Trustees in February 2025, bringing extensive experience from his career at HSBC, Europe’s largest bank, where he held various roles in Corporate Banking. He later transitioned into the industry and now serves as Commercial Director for Molson Group, a leading independent supplier of heavy plant and machinery operating across the UK and USA.

“The entire team from Alopecia UK has been an invaluable source of support for my wife and I, since our daughter was first diagnosed with alopecia areata. The family days, school packs and supportive community groups have been a lifeline, helping us navigate the challenges that come with the condition.

I am honoured to join the Board of Trustees and give back to this incredible charity, using my experience to support its mission and ensure other families receive the same level of help and encouragement that we did."
