We are delighted to share the news that performing arts company, Toffee Hammer Studio, have raised £1,334.00 for Alopecia UK with their recent performances of a farce called 'Sorry! Wrong Chimney!'. 

Director Maureen George chose Alopecia UK because we are a charity close to her heart due to a family member having alopecia. 

Not only did the show raise a wonderful sum for Alopecia UK, it also received rave reviews from audience members and a critic. 

The critic's review, in part, read: 

"It's not easy to do a farce as so much can go wrong; the timing is crucial as is its pace; the cast and their reactions quicken to the circumstances they find themselves in as the play hilariously progresses. This show shone giving the audience a taste of real comedy at its best. The director, Maureen George, had put a lot of thought into this production and it showed. I feel sure that this studio arts group could tackle a variety of plays and keep their audiences entertained. Well done everyone involved, not forgetting the crew and technical people. The icing on the cake is that this production was in aid of Alopecia UK."
