Alopecia UK is conducting a survey to understand more about the quality of care, support, and treatment for individuals with alopecia in the UK.

The results of this survey will provide valuable insights into what is working well about your care and aims to shape the way services are provided in the future.  

Alopecia UK is working with a third party consultancy firm, Principle Consulting, to develop our advocacy work to campaign for fairer treatment pathways for people with alopecia. The aim is to write a report, to be published in 2025, to highlight the challenges that people with alopecia face within the NHS, and identify areas for improvement. 

Surveys such as this one are only successful if we get lots of people completing them. The survey should take around 20-30 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. 

We would be extremely grateful if you would consider completing this survey. It will remain open until Sunday 15th December 2024. The survey is only open to those currently living in the UK. 

If you would be willing to complete this survey, please read the Participant Information Sheet before taking part. 

Parents and carers are able to complete this survey on behalf of a young person with alopecia.
